1. Use of the App

WhatNow helps you discover ideas by randomly selecting restaurants and activities when you’re unsure what to eat, do, or where to go. The App is intended for personal and informational purposes only. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Misuse the App in a way that disrupts or damages the service

2. No Professional Advice

The App provides suggestions for convenience and inspiration only. Recommendations and random selections may be based on stored lists, categories, or user-selected filters and may not reflect real-time availability, opening hours, pricing, dietary needs, or suitability. You are responsible for verifying details (such as location, hours, reservations, allergens, and safety) before taking action.

3. In-App Purchases (If Applicable)

WhatNow may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, removing ads or unlocking premium features). Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and subject to Apple’s payment policies. All purchases are:

• Generally non-refundable (except where required by law or Apple)
• Tied to your Apple ID
• Restorable using the “Restore Purchases” feature (if supported)

Feature availability may vary by region, device, and App version.

4. Advertisements (If Enabled)

The free version of the App may display third-party advertisements (for example, via Google AdMob). Ad behavior, personalization, and tracking options are subject to the ad provider’s policies and your device settings. If the App offers a paid upgrade, you may be able to disable ads through that upgrade (if available).

5. User-Submitted Content (Support Requests)

When you contact us via the Support Form (Google Forms), you may voluntarily submit:

• Email address
• Text description of your issue, feedback, or suggestions
• Technical details automatically filled by the App (e.g., device model, OS version, App version), if you choose to send them

We use this information solely to provide customer support and improve the App.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services, including:

• Google AdMob (ads, if enabled)
• Google Forms (support submissions)
• Analytics or crash reporting tools (if added)
• Map services (e.g., Apple Maps / Google Maps) when opening external links

Your use of these services is also governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside of our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, UI designs, text, icons, and other assets included in the App are owned by the App developer or licensed third parties. You may not reuse or redistribute these assets without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or inconveniences resulting from your use of the App or reliance on its suggestions
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures, ad behavior, external links, or data usage
• We do not guarantee that restaurants/activities shown in the App are open, available, accurate, or suitable for your needs

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

9. Changes to the App

We may update or modify the App at any time, including adding or removing features. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
